Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management. HR Services is a global team established within EY Business Enablement Shared Services that is organised under common leadership and a new operating model.   • Organize training activities for both local and overseas
  • Monitoring web-based learning completion of staff
  • Recording attendance updates of different staff training sessions
  • Extracting activity reports of staff undergoing training
  • Maintain learning database
  • Maintain coordination and communication with local and regional (ASEAN) counterparts
  • Support administrative matters of training including financial aspects
  • Host or facilitate various learning events

Requirements :
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Accounting, Psychology or other equivalent social sciences major
  • 3 years of maximum working experience
  • Ability to communicate both written/oral in English fluently
  • Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations / people
  • Attention to detail, organized
