Organize training activities for both local and overseas
Monitoring web-based learning completion of staff
Recording attendance updates of different staff training sessions
Extracting activity reports of staff undergoing training
Maintain learning database
Maintain coordination and communication with local and regional (ASEAN) counterparts
Support administrative matters of training including financial aspects
Host or facilitate various learning events
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Accounting, Psychology or other equivalent social sciences major
3 years of maximum working experience
Ability to communicate both written/oral in English fluently
Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations / people
