5+ years of experience negotiating, coordinating, and deploying career and technical education programs in public or private education systems at a state or national level in partnership with industry providers, vendors, and/or employers
Proven experience in working with IT industry training programs and certification offerings, and related workforce readiness projects or initiatives
Good written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to write complex business documents.

The AWS Education to Workforce team is responsible for coordinating with state, province, and country leaders to define, design, and implement a comprehensive strategy to ensure a cloud-ready workforce in each market. While the initial focus of this role is in Indonesia, the Education to Workforce team is a global program and the scope of this role will include the rest of ASEAN and Asia-Pacific/Japan (APJ) opportunities over time.
You will establish and maintain high-level relationships with senior government, education, and workforce officials in your territory, understanding their workforce needs and successfully implementing AWS education, training programs, and services to help them prepare a cloud-ready workforce in their markets.
You will be responsible for developing opportunity pipelines, evangelizing workforce offerings, and driving successful adoption and implementation of related education and workforce-readiness programs (e.g AWS Educate, Academy) within government and education institutions.
