Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling the whole process of Purchasing.

Managing supplier's contracts.

Arranging transports and deliveries, and assuring the traceability & transparency of the transactions.

Source local market information (products & suppliers) to develop benchmarks.

Expediting deliveries of products and ensuring that services are rendered on time as required by the business

​Knowledge & Skills:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Strong English language written & spoken, proactive, anticipation and capacity to work creatively and problem solving skills, self-confident, natural ability to deal and negotiate with public, good interpersonal & communication skills

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
