Job Description

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
  • Make sure that the needs of Sayurbox’s customer are being satisfied
  • Maintain and develop service to customer to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to solution
  • Handling and manage customer service reports and data
  • Analyze customer service reports and data to decide on the action plan for improvements
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualification Requirements:

  • Have an experience in same field for min 1 year
  • Experience in handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Willing to work on weekend

Skill Requirements:

  • Have an ability to think strategic
  • Excellent skill of leadership, team management and business orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Customer is king attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
