About the Role
A great opportunity awaits our Telesales Team Leader who will act as a leader within our Telesales function, overseeing the Telesales daily operations in the team. Together with Telesales Manager, you’ll work to acquire merchants all over Indonesia, influencing Telesales agents in order to introduce Moka as a premium POS in Indonesia. Your efforts will directly bolster MSME digitalization and help MSME grow their business with Gojek ecosystem. You, as a Telesales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and mentoring all Telesales agents in your team to acquire merchants and to ensure all of the telesales agents in your team meet the productivity and monthly target. One of the biggest challenges we had to face is to convince merchants about the value of online POS and help them to go online. The telesales team leader will help the agents to introduce Moka properly to all the prospects all over Indonesia and help their business grow.

What You Will Do

  • You will manage, lead & motivate a team with size 15-20 agents
  • Actively monitor team performance on daily basis by generating the reports
  • Actively listening to a call & give feedback to agents and report to the Manager
  • Monitoring all agent activities and evaluate: Talktime, On-call live monitoring, idle time, etc
  • Do daily Real-Time Floor Management Evaluation such as Average Handling Time, Call Back execution, Recording Review with QC
  • Conduct coaching and Roleplay mentoring.
  • Involved in script development and enhancement as well as the development of the tools.
  • Involved in hiring and maintain the capacity and turnover rate

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Telesales/ Outbound call center field preferably in services/ SaaS industry with minimum 1 year as a Leader / SPV level or lead a project with minimum 5 agents
  • Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement
  • Proactive, initiative and discipline behavior at work
  • Able to speak and write in English
  • Excellent in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc), Telesales tools (e.g. Avaya, Salesforce, etc) and Microsoft office
  • Strong people management skills. strive to create a positive and competitive work environment for employees
  • Great telephone skills or has a call activity experience as an agent
About the Team Our Telesales team has more than 30 agents and still growing. Our main responsibility is to introduce Moka as a premium POS and help acquire merchants all over Indonesia. One of the biggest challenges we had to face is rejection. We eventually resolved it by feature education and continuous script development. Off-hours, you’d probably find us singing somewhere or traveling. We’re made up of futsal enthusiasts as well. Once COVID subsides, we’re excited to play futsal or traveling together again.
