  • Melakukan coaching dancounselingsebagaiupayapeningkatandanpengetahuan performance
  • Mengusulkanpengembangankarirbawahanberdasarkanpenilaiankerja
  • Melakukantindakanpreventifdankorektifterhadappermasalahanlayanan yang timbul

Kualifikasi :

  • Min D3 semuajurusan
  • IPK Min 3.00
  • Memilikipengalamansebagai Team Leaderselama 2 tahun/SPV call centerselama 1 tahun
  • Memilikikomunikasidan interpersonal yang baik
  • Memilikijiwa leadership untuksupervisibawahan
  • Terbiasamembuat Report Daily,Weekly,Monthlysecaraberkala
  • Mampumemimpin team untukmencapai target KPI
  • Menguasai Ms Excel denganbaik
