The TikTok Creator Marketplace is the official platform for brand and creator collaborations on TikTok. The Client Success team is essential in enabling key brands and agencies in leveraging the marketplace effectively in a self-serve capacity across all their creator activations. This role is critical to the overall success of the platform in terms of product adoption.

  • Be an expert on the functionality and value proposition of the TikTok Creator Marketplace and act as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies across a variety of verticals and segments.
  • Partner and support the sales team with research and pitching. Advise clients on creator marketing campaign workflows, educate clients on the benefits of the TikTok Creator Marketplace platform, develop training programs, and lead product demos for prospective clients and agencies in presale.
  • Responsible for key account expansion by onboarding clients onto the platform, ensuring they are fully enabled to activate creator marketing campaigns in a self-serve fashion.
  • Conduct internal and client-facing workshops, advise on best practices and drive the adoption of new products and features.
  • Analyze product adoption data and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the product team to inform product roadmap.
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a SaaS, social media, or start-up environment.
  • Expert in influencer marketing with deep knowledge and first-hand experience leveraging industry-leading tools that help identify and activate creators for social marketing campaigns.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, high EQ and empathy for clients who may be new to the discipline of creator marketing.
  • Passion for the creator economy.
