Mission:

Responsible for a maintain spare part management and make sure response for spare part request under trackingResponsible for a maintain spare part management and make sure response for spare part request under tracking.

What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization:

1. Provide availability of critical spare part.
2. Predict lifetime of individual spare part to predict the available time of equipment.
3. Devine criticality spare part.
4. To control the expenses related to production machine spare parts based on the target given
5. Understood with componen machine
6. Provide fast reaction on problem solving of machine breakdown
7. Provide Detail source data of spare parts
8. Give more continuous improvement idea

Qualifications

Education :

minimum diploma or Bachelor degree (S1/DIII) Automation/Electronic/Electrical/other Engineering Sciences


Job Related Experience:

At least 2 until 3 years in Maintenance Engineering


Business Understanding :

Understand SAP, Good knowleage for ABC/FMR, good understand with spare part machine automation, understand with Total productive maintenance


Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

English, Indonesia (For local), Ability to use MS Office, Presentation & good Communication skill, male/female no issue. understand with kaizen or any methodology improvement. good negotiation with supplier.
