What You Will Do:
Lead the main growth engine of Tanihub – more than 200 talents in the B2B sales division across Indonesia – to generate hyper-growth in demand targeting HORECA, Modern Trade, SME, and other channels/segments.
Build and expand an enduring network of clients and nurture win-win relationships.
Develop the commercial strategy, including the pricing strategy, channel strategy and salesforce excellence programs.
Guide the commercial leadership team to establish the necessary standard operating procedures, execution guidelines and codify the continuously improving best practices to enhance execution at scale, nationally.
Build the commercial organization to be world-class and nurture future leaders and commercial experts.
Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team (with Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology/Product, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, etc) to ultimately deliver profitable growth.
Who will be suitable for this role:
Have at least 7 years of full-time experience in B2B sales in Indonesia, of which at least 5 years are for offline-centric business / field sales.
Have proven track record of playing a key role in driving rapid sales growth – EITHER from millions to billions IDR per month AND/OR from billions to hundreds of billions IDR per month – while protecting or even improving profitability
Have managed at least 5 full-time, direct reports in a sales team.
Have led a sales division/department that comprises of at least 100 personnel.
Have worked in large multinational FMCG / consumer products / Offline Retail companies.
Have experience with the Fresh Produce and/or Groceries category.
Have managed/led telesales team before.
Have directly train B2B sales team before.
Have worked at top-tier Technology companies or Startups.
Have experience in top-tier Management Consulting firms.
Create digital, online content (static and motion) for marketing material.
