This is a sales position with accountability for driving multiple market segments business growth for Kevlar®, Nomex® & Tyvek® product line in Indonesia.

The person will be responsible for managing the current business as well as developing new business in several industries including Automotive, Fiber Optics, Printing, Consumer, Electrical & Electronic and Defense.

The scope includes but not be limited to following responsibilities: -

  • Work with both external customers and internal functions in ensuring an efficient End-to-End sale cycle from opportunity scouting to demand forecasting to sales closing to on time AR collection
  • Participate in market research and competitive intelligence collection as part of the business strategy development effort
  • Execute growth strategies to generate new demand revenue – share gain, new applications, alternate business model or co-development etc
  • Build collaboration and strategic alliance with channels, value adding partners, influencer and End Users to establish an advantageous edge over competitors


  • Strong advocate of high ethical, safety standards, sustainability and respect for people
  • Self-starter, independent achiever and highly motivated
  • Bachelor's in Engineering/ Science graduate from reputed university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing which includes active selling, relationship building, and seeding/mining for new business
  • Experience in automotive, government, electrical & electronic or graphics/novelties related business highly preferred
  • Proficiency in English, strong analytical & communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to use business model knowledge to create solutions beneficial to both company and customer’s.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to establish collaborative customers, end users and industry community relationships, builds trust and develops advocates at all levels of multi-layered organizations
  • A team player who is able to proactively mobilize and collaborate across multi-functions organization in day-day sale operation
