Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & monitor home delivery schedule to customer and work closely with warehouse transport team
  • Monitor Aftersales (Servicing) that include the following:
    • helping customers in finding spare parts availability and prices - Making sure items repaired in working condition.
    • Making sure items received by customers on time.
    • Coordinate between company as an aftersales team to the related suppliers.
    • Coordinate with technicians on their workload.
    • Coordinate between technicians, warehouse and merchandising team in providing spare parts needed for repairing process.
  • Attending to customers enquiries on servicing via Live Chat and Whatsapp Chat channel.
  • Monitor all omnichannel orders that allocated to Warehouse & liaise with Warehouse team related Fulfillment operational process.


  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
  • Have min. 2 years experience - Worked in after sales service environment
  • Understands Retail store operations as well as eCommerce/market place flow (pre-sales and after-sales service).
  • Familiarity with live chat/Marketplace chat/Call center systems (zendesk, livechat, chatbot, etc) is a plus
  • Great written communication skills (speak and write)
  • Fluent in English
  • Working location: Bogor warehouse (4 days / week) and Jakarta Pusat Head Office (1 day/week)
