Brand Lead - TBE

Product : Tapros, Boraginol, Esilgan

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing programs, strategies and budgets for a set range of Company Products in order to achieve sales volume, profit and other objectives as set by the Company/Business Unit. Implement these when approved by the Business Unit Manager, monitors them ongoing basis and takes corrective action as necessary.
  • To allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities according to importance of each product/service in the organization’s overall marketing strategy for product/service line.
  • Chooses promotional programs to be used and the appropriate promotional tools to support then, Evaluate the results of all promotional activities, comparing them with the plans set and prepares appropriate reports as required.
  • Prepare sales forecast and budget; monitor sales volume, revenues, and cost against forecast; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of product/services. To support sales team to deliver sales objectives and whole activities.
  • Liaises with other personnel within organization e.g Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial team, and support function vendors when designing promotional material and tools.
  • Trains the related commercial teams with product knowledge for the respective ranges of products. Assist then with on how to best deal customers and delivers information on the feature and benefit of the products.
  • Deal with KOLs/doctors when company running clinical trials. Assist them by providing information on existing and new products. Maintains excellent business relationship with KOLs/doctors and any other customers.
  • Analyses and researches market conditions to determine process, promotional activities and other needs
  • Demonstrate high level of Product Knowledge and Therapy Area Knowledge under responsibility

Job Specification

  • Min. Bachelor degree in science (Pharmacy, Medical Doctors and related),
  • Min. 5 years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, including solid 2 years in product marketing/brand management.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing strategy and communications.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
