Job Description

Purpose of the role:

As an integral part of the Central Production Team (CPT), you will be responsible for the General, Finance & Account administration as part of supporting the production team. This includes all financial & account management, having positive working relationships with vendors, Finance & internal teams and clients to achieve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up a process of invoices with suppliers.
  • Check data accuracy, approval and rectify errors of invoices.
  • Check and make sure the invoices are completed with the supported documents (PO, DN, Tax Invoices, etc).
  • Archiving of Invoices data and other relevant information according to its categories and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Prepare and provide invoicing reports.
  • Complete (accept) invoices process and close orders in Noosh system in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and provide the close orders progress / status.
  • Able to work with different environments handling multiple clients and contacts for each invoice.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
  • Update and maintaining of credit notes.
  • Support MAM in debtors management.
  • General, Finance & Account administration.
  • Close coordination, provide functional assistance and support to production and finance team.
  • Supporting the team with other administrative tasks, if requested

Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Relevant business-related qualifications AND/OR appropriate experiences within a Procurement, Contracts or Commercially focussed environment.
  • Good communicator, both written and oral.
  • A team player who is computer literate especially Microsoft Excel (advance).
  • Attention to detail is a key attribute, as is a proactive outlook.
  • Previous experiences in Procurement and logistics roles, a good understanding of purchasing systems and basic finance, plus a good understanding of MRP/ERP systems preferred but not essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
