Responsibilities / IntroductionJob Descriptions: 1. Fully responsible in the entire operations of the company and be the first person in charge. 2. Manage and lead the team to reach the sales goals that are set by the headquarters. 3. To ensure the financial key performance indicators of the company is kept within standard. 4. Be responsible in managing the whole product portfolio and contribute to the objectives. 5. Build company's brand based on direction and guidance that are set by the principals. 6. Continually assess company progress on sales, finance, and logistic and compile reports to submit to headquarters. 7. To ensure the company's account receivables are collected in time. 8. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. 9. Prepare and review the annual budget and make report to the headquarters.
RequirementRequirements: 1. Minimum of 10 years of work experience within food and beverage industry. (Confectionary will be advantage) 2. Master degree or equivalent majoring in Business Administration 3. Strong experience in Sales (FMCG/CPG Industry) is a MUST (Experienced achieving 40% year on year sales growth will be advantage) 4. Experience with retail/supermarket is a MUST 5. Financial acumen with proven ability in financial reporting and analysis 6. Proven leadership skills as a senior member at the company 7. Ability to work under pressure & result oriented 8. Based in Los Angeles, California 9. Willing to travel
