Job Description


You will administer end to end process of recruitment with main responsibilities are job posting, branding awareness to campus or relevant location, sourcing candidate, technical test, until onboarding

Handling administration and documents relate to recruitment

Responsible for branding awareness to attract candidates and create planning for recruitment

Willing to travel around Indonesia to obtain candidate

Lead and explore for recruitment
Academic Qualification

Undergraduate degree (S1/B.Sc./B.A.) with GPA 3.0 from reputable universities

Majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Information Technology

Minimum 1-year experience in the same position especially in IT company

Attitude Qualification

Attractive personality

Discipline, Hardworking, able to work under pressure

Result Oriented with good process justification

Excellent English

Communicative & high social awareness

Good individual and team player

Aptitude Qualification

Excellent understanding of recruitment and IT

Knowledge on handling creative, and engineering types of people is an advantage

Have channels in various reputable universities is an advantage

High administration skills and experiences

Able to work with minimum supervision

Attentive to detail
