Looking further into the technology horizon, we are exploring key merging technologies such as 5G, Internet of things (IoT), blockchain, quantum computing and AR/VR that will able us drive better business outcomes and customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform online monitoring on Murex systems including systems downtime and sanity test.
  • Perform batch job monitoring on Murex systems based on periodic schedule.
  • Perform monitoring of EOD and resolve job failures.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Responding to users / others units / management enquiries related to applications / systems supported.
  • Perform first level of investigation on any technical issue reported on systems supported that comes from various channels.
  • To perform any quick kill solution to solve issue reported based on agreed run book from systems owner.
  • To perform escalation to relevant system owner if quick kill was not available or not solving the issue raised on supported systems.
  • To liaise with Operation or other units to solve any issue raised as part of resolution process.
  • To keep track on issue resolution progress with relevant parties.
  • To support and participate in BCP & DR drill.
  • To support and fully-involve in any change / improvement on L1 BAU process and on L1 expansion to support more systems.
  • To perform daily-task checklist and to support ad-hoc request (batch job & service request) for Murex systems.

Requirements :

  • University Graduate with at least 3 years experiences as Application support.
  • Having basic system development life cycle knowledge.
  • Having basic programming knowledge.
  • Having basic knowledge in Banking application and IT infrastructures.
  • Having basic knowledge in Murex application.
  • Good understanding of monitoring implementations and administration.
