You will be part of the Strategy & Planning team, responsible for driving the GrabKios business in Grab Indonesia’s East territory – the most geographically diverse territory! We make an impact by leveraging data to formulate strategy to best serve our agents and end consumers. Our Strategy & Planning team is made up of Grabbers of various backgrounds – business, statistics, computer science, and engineering – enabling us to have multiple perspectives towards business issues. Get to know the Role:

We are looking for Manager / Assistant Manager to be accountable for GrabKios’ OKR in Grab Indonesia’s East territory. This role is responsible for short- and medium-term strategy formulation, leads and ensures success of various projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams (within & outside East territory), and serves as an internal advisor for city teams. We believe a successful candidate has an adaptable and growth mindset (not fixated on “Business as Usual” activities) and strong stakeholder management skills. Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Generate business insights through data analysis, and provide recommendations to improve GrabKios’ performance accordingly

  • Monitor cities’ performance regularly, identify potential issues and propose action plans

  • Lead multiple projects from end to end (initiate, plan, get stakeholders’ buy-in, ensure timely and successful execution, evaluate results and iterate)

The Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from reputable universities

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in data analysis, business strategy, project management and/or consultancy. Experience in digital business would be an advantage

  • Proven experience in convincing and getting stakeholders’ buy-in for new ideas

  • Strong attention to details

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Able to communicate effectively to deliver a clear, concise and consistent message to audiences of various backgrounds
