We are looking for Manager Factory Logistic who will based in Sukorejo Plant, Pasuruan. You will Manage, plan and coordinate Factory Logistics Department and lead 434 employees and vendors, including at multi-sites markets if applicable, that is responsible for all materials, Spare parts and Finished goods's Warehousing, internal logistics and Tax Stickers, ensuring these activities are performed in control and according to applicable law and practices and in a most cost-efficient way.


HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • STRATEGY & PLANNING
Play a key role in the elaboration of warehousing strategy in combination and in alignment with factory strategy and lead the implementation. Plan and manage Factory Logistics activities and workload, ensuring all business objectives are met.
  • WAREHOUSING and INTERNAL LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
Organize, manage and control all warehousing activities for Leaf (incl. First Arrival Warehouse, if applicable), DIMs/Semis and FGs (PMIM, Domestic and TPM FG if applicable) in order to ensure effective and efficient achievement of business objectives and market requirements.
  • SERVICE PROVIDERS MANAGEMENT
Manage the third party logistics service providers (LSP) to secure uninterrupted provision of world class customer service via OTIF orders fulfilment. Maximize external and internal warehouse capacity and resource utilization continuously improving inventory management quality and costs.
  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Drive productivity improvement opportunities based on internal analysis and proactive external benchmarking, set improvement targets for logistics service provider and internal teams and ensure implementation. Lead new business developments to evaluate impact on existing logistics infrastructure (warehouses, product flows and systems).
Play a key role to develop, deploy and sustain OPEN + methodology in Factory Logistics department.
  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Manage staff and develop a motivated , skilled and optimally resourced team to ensure that performance levels and professional development will achieve or exceed business objectives.
  • BUDGETING & BUDGET CONTROL
Prepare Factory Logistics budget for management approval in line with company budgeting cycles based on performance indicators, factory production volume forecast and Logistic Service Provider services' scope.
  • TAX STICKERS MANAGEMENT
When applicable, ensure control of tax stickers movements, safe storage, inventories, reconciliation, returns to market and destructions in compliance with local regulations and PMI policies and procedures.
  • SUSTAINABILITY / COMPLIANCE
Ensure that LSP and own department employees comply with and adhere to local safety measures, fire regulations, hygienic and property-security regulations, policies and procedures in order to increase and maintain health and safety awareness, establish healthy and safe environment for the employees and service provider(s) and prevent damage and loss of the company assets.
Organize business processes at assigned work area in compliance with Sustainability rules, policies and procedures.
As a business owner, ensure compliance to FG's Track&Trace procedure requirements within Factory Logistics scope of activities.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • College/University Degree in Logistics, Commerce, IT or Engineering
  • Min 7 years’ experience in Operations incl. people management.
  • Having logistic or supply chain background.
  • Having team player spirit and good customer centricity mindset.
  • Having experience in Data driven Stock Management (stock movements control), Data Driven Warehouse Design, Logistics Service Management, Q1491 - Global/Local P&P Requirements / RRP QMS when applicable, Security infrastructure (access control, policy enforcement, confidentiality, privacy), MS Office, and OPEN + methodology and Manufacturing process knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
