Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and perform training & development program.

Plan and perform talent management program.

Support the implementation of employee's journeys programs to improve the employee experience

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

More than 2 years’ experience in HR.

Understanding Training end to end process.

Understanding HR policies and procedures, best practices and current regulations.

Familiarity with MS Office suite.

Excellent communication skill both in English and Bahasa

Technical competency required:
MS Office 2010 or above
