As one of the first team member in Indonesia, you will be based in Cirebon West Jawa with frequent travel to Vietnam (if travel allows), you’re making an impact from day one to manage product quality and production process control with our manufacturing partners for the next-level of On’s products.

Your Team:

You belong to Operations team that is based in Vietnam. With the support from cross-functional teams, material, bottom engineering, sustainability, lab to commercialization, our Operations team is responsible for a completed end-to-end process from inline development to mass production at a group of factories in South Vietnam and Jawa West, Indonesia

Your Mission:

  • Shape On’s next-level production landscape by establishing excellent relationship with current suppliers, be the main vocal point between On and key manufacturing partners in Indonesia, lead and follow up with monthly business reviews with the manufacturing partners.
  • Manage the suppliers on a daily basis with high frequency of final Inspection to ensure all products are in premium level in both appearance and in usage. Directly responsible for all order delivery and product quality inspection at manufacturing partners
  • Work with development & commercialization team to identify potential product quality risks and follow up actions before mass production. Act as an on-site support to commercialization team for making the decision of production trial. Follow up quality feedback from Zurich team and own corrective action plan. Lead and follow up with monthly business reviews with the manufacturing partners.
  • Support Sustainability team in managing on-site production sustainability & compliance, health and safety standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects on sites of manufacturing partners, drive for lean and automated production
  • Live and share our commitment to sustainability and quality, and drive strategic initiatives that set On apart from all other brands

Your Story:

  • You've got at least 5-7 years' experience in footwear production quality management and have loved every minute of it. You've got a degree in business administration or technical, but you're not ready to stop learning just yet.
  • You can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details in function and quality that really matter. You believe every problem is solvable, and let creativity mixed with pragmatism lead you to the solution.
  • Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.
  • Fluency in Bahasa and working proficiency level of English.
  • An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence.
  • Able to balance creativity with organization and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
